6 Month Sweetie

It has already been a half a year since Julia made her grand entrance into our lives! 

She is such a cutie sweetie!

Last month she learned to sit up.  I still have to spot her, but she is getting more balanced every day.  She also started rolling over from back-to-front very consistently. I couldn't keep her on her back in bed or at play. This meant that we had to train her to sleep without her arms swaddled.  The first couple days were hard, and it took her about a month to totally adjust, but now she is doing great!  She rolled over from front-to-back a couple times, but very consistently.

Julia had a serious case of peacock hair this month. 

She had a little tuft in the back that stood straight up all the time. By the end of the month it had gotten longer and apparently heavy enough to stay down.  Her hair also thinned out a lot on the sides giving the same Mohawk type effect that Philip had at this age.

We are still awaiting her first tooth.  Always a mystery on when they will come in!  For now we are enjoying her cute gummy smile!
